Talent, experience and commitment
Begoña Barona de Ramón
Graduated in Law from the CEU San Pablo University of Valencia (1991–1996 class), she completed her legal training by preparing for the exams for the Corps of Notaries between 1996 and 2001, having passed the first exercise in different calls, which provided her with a solid technical basis in Civil, Tax and Mortgage Law.
She subsequently completed doctoral courses in Civil Law at the University of Valencia and, currently, continues her research training as a doctoral student in Civil Law at the CEU Cardenal Herrera University.
He has extensive university teaching experience. She has been a tutor professor at the UNED at the Associated Center of Dénia in the subjects of Financial and Tax Law, and is currently a tutor professor of Civil Law, teaching in the different subjects that make up this area.
He has been practicing law since 2003, with a consolidated career in legal advice and procedural practice, especially in the field of Civil Law, with particular dedication to family matters, contracts, civil liability, banking and mortgage law, without prejudice to his intervention in other areas such as commercial, criminal and administrative law.
He is qualified to practice in the Duty Shift and maintains a constant commitment to continuous training, regularly participating in courses, legal conferences and specialized activities in matters such as urban planning, leasing, family law and contracting.
His professional practice is characterized by technical rigor, depth in the study of each matter and close and personalized customer service.
Carlos Barona de Ramón
Graduated in Law from the University of Valencia, he began his professional career by completing his practical training with the Legal Practice Course of the Illustrious Bar Association of Valencia and passing the access tests to the Legal Practice of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers.
After a first stage of internship in a professional office, he has been practicing law continuously since 2008 in Dénia, developing his activity in the family office Barona Abogados, where he has consolidated extensive experience in legal advice and procedural practice.
Throughout his career he has intervened in all types of judicial procedures, assuming legal direction in matters of Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law, with special dedication to the drafting of demands, appeals, attendance at hearings and comprehensive monitoring of the procedures.
She has authorization to exercise in the Shift of Office, including specific training in matters such as gender violence and family law.
He maintains a constant commitment to continuous training, having participated in numerous courses, conferences and seminars specialized in different areas of Law, including family law, civil law (inheritances, sales and contracts), immigration law (residence permits and nationalities), criminal proceedings (trials for minor crimes, quick, abbreviated, ordinary and summary trials) and liability derived from traffic accidents and claims for medical negligence.
Likewise, he combines his professional activity with his involvement in public life as a councilor of the Dénia City Council in the 2023–2027 legislature.
He has a high level of English (B2 of the Common European Framework), with training stays abroad, and knowledge of Valencian and German.
